How to prepare for your delivery

  • Designate an adult 18 or older to accept and sign off on delivery.
  • Secure pets
  • Make sure you have obtained clearance with your HOA or landlord to allow for an appliance delivery. Permits may be required depending your city.
  • Your haul-away must be disconnected, outside the property and ready for removal

What to you can expect

  • You will receive a 20-30-minute courtesy call on the day of the delivery prior to our arrival
  • Delivery team will drop off appliances in box to garage or designated area outside the home
  • Haul-away of curbside appliance

What you should know

  • We will contact you 2 days prior to your delivery to confirm your 2-3 hour time slot.
  • You must confirm your delivery via text or phone. If you have any questions, need to reschedule or change your delivery information, please call our scheduling department at 619-501-4235
  • Appliance arrival dates are tentative and based on manufacturer lead times. If your appliance is not in stock at the time of purchase, the delivery date listed on your invoice may change.

What your express delivery team cannot do

  • Enter residence
  • Install or uncrate
  • Remove haulaways with infestations of any sort
  • Dolly appliances any further than driveway
  • Move any of your furniture, electronics or any personal items

How to prepare for your delivery

  • Ensure doorways, hallways and stairways are wide enough to accommodate delivery.
  • Double check measurements to make sure your new appliance will fit in designated area.
  • All water and gas valves /connections must be corrosion free
  • Secure pets
  • Make sure you have obtained clearance with your HOA or landlord to allow for an appliance delivery. Permits may be required depending your city.

What to you can expect

  • You will receive a 20-30-minute courtesy call on the day of the delivery prior to our arrival.
  • We will uncrate* and inspect appliances for accuracy of make, model and of any concealed damage.
  • Place and or connect appliance in location of choice with in the same address.
  • Appliances that are installed will be leveled and tested to ensure proper connection

What we can’t do

  • Our installers are not licensed plumbers, electricians or carpenters. While every effort to complete your delivery or installation will be made, there are some things that our installers cannot do.
  • Connection through floors or old duct work
  • Shut off main water supply
  • We cannot remove fixtures such as railings, residential doors, lights etc
  • We cannot move any of your furniture, electronics or any personal items eg., food in refrigerators
  • We cannot lift appliances over waist height such as over railings, banisters or kitchen islands.
  • Install to reverse osmosis systems
  • Dolly appliances from unreasonable distance
  • Remove haulaway’s with infestations of any sort
  • Out of scope work *Some out of scope work can be done provided a release of a liability is signed.

Pick Up

  • Warehouse hours Mon- Fri 9:00am-5:30pm & Sat 10:00am-5:30pm
  • Identification is required
  • Warehouse associate will assist in loading
  • Customer is responsible for securing merchandise on to an open vehicle. Tie-downs are not provided.

What to know

  • To expedite your retrieval of merchandise, notify our customer service department with a minimum 24 hour anticipation. One of our representatives will ensure your order is placed in will call and ready for pick up.
  • If another party other than yourself will be picking up, you will need to place a call into our customer service center and provide the name of the individual or party.
  • A copy of your invoice will be requested upon pick up as well as proof identification

How to prepare

  • Make sure to accommodate space in your vehicle to allow for appliances to be loaded.
  • If you have an open vehicle such as a truck or trailer, tie downs and straps are encouraged to be brought to secure your appliances. (Tie downs are not provided)
  • Appliances must be secured by individual picking up merchandise. Aztec is not responsible for securing load.
