Delivery & Installation

At Aztec Appliance you can leave the heavy lifting to us. We have several professional delivery crews traveling the San Diego County daily. Our professional and experienced delivery team will assure that your new appliance arrive safely and are installed properly so that you can have a worry-free installation experience. The new appliance will be tested to make sure it works correctly and all packing materials will be removed from your home so you can get back to your day.

We also offer an Express delivery if you just need the product dropped off to be installed at a later date. Any questions or needs you may have will be handled promptly and professionally. Professional installation is recommended and in some cases is necessary to ensure warranty protection coverage. Your Aztec Appliance Sales Representative can help you decide which installation options are best for you. And, be sure to ask about possible delivery incentives and/or rebates available in San Diego County.

Features and Benefits

Repair or Replace Guarantee: If we cannot repair a covered product, we will replace it with a product of like features and functionality. When a product is replaced, the contract is fulfilled and a new plan can be sold on the customer’s new replacement product.

Surge Protection: Coverage begins day one and protects the covered product against damage or defects caused by a power surge, up to a maximum of the replacement cost of the product.

No Lemon Guarantee: If a fourth repair is required for the same problem after expiration of the manufacturer’s warranty period, the covered product will be replaced with a product of like and kind quality.

Food Loss: To receive coverage for food loss, the failure of your refrigerator or freezer must be due to defect in the components of the appliance, excluding icemaker repairs. You will be reimbursed up to $250 per qualified service repair. To receive payment, you must have the appliance repaired by a service center authorized by the Administrator/Obligor and submit the following: a copy of the repair order, an itemized list of perishable food lost due to the lack of refrigeration, and proof of purchase for the replaced food.

Laundry Credit: If we are unable to repair/replace your washing machine or dryer within 7 business days from the date a complete claim is filed, you are eligible for up to $100 per qualified service repair in laundry cost reimbursement. The laundry (washing and drying) credit will be calculated at $2 per laundry load. To receive payment under this benefit, You must have the appliance repaired by a service center authorized by the Administrator/Obligor and You must submit an itemized list of the number of loads of laundry incurred during the unrepaired period for each laundry reimbursement claim within fifteen days from the date a complete claim is filed. The laundry (washing and drying) credit will be calculated at $2.00 per laundry load.*

Dine out Credit: If you are unable to repair/replace your range or cooktop within 7 business days from the date a complete claim is filed, you are eligible for up to $100 per qualified service repair in eating out costs. To receive payment under this benefit, You must have the appliance repaired by a service center authorized by the Administrator/Obligor and You must submit copies of your eating out receipts incurred during the unrepaired period for each range/cooktop reimbursement claim within fifteen days from the date a complete claim is filed.*

Recycling Credit: If we are unable to repair your appliance and have to replace it during the benefit period of up to five (5) years from the product’s date of purchase, you will be reimbursed up to $50 if you recycle your old appliance through a company recognized as a partner through the US Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) Responsible Appliance Disposal (RAD) Program.*
